You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.

Welcome to our Fonzie suite. Our room has a private, locked entrance, that leads to above the garage. The room offers bright colors and ample sunshine, with a "beachy" theme. That's because it's only a five minute walk to Easton's beach and the scenic Cliff Walk to the east. Heading west, it would take about ten minutes to walk to downtown Newport.
