This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Located in the heart of St.Boniface, this stand alone guesthouse has everything you need nearby, including St. Boniface Hospital. Enjoy a walk to the Forks Market, Human Rights Museum, Exchange District, or catch a ballgame when the Goldeyes are in town. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and french bakeries. Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retro retreat. located 5 minutes away from balsam harbor, this little cottage is equipped with everything you could need for a family getaway. Enjoy a nice BBQ outdoors, a walk to the nearby park, or gather around the campfire for some roasted marshmallows.
