The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, with three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom facilities include a sauna and a hot tub. From the yard, you can access the jogging path directly, which becomes an illuminated ski trail in winter. The services in the centre of Kajaani are about 3 km away

Well-located two-bedroom apartment with sauna. Lighted ski trails and outdoor trails are nearby. The distance to Katinkulta is about 1 km. You can machine wash sportswear and tumble dry it in the dryer. After your workout, you can relax in the renovated sauna. A canopy can be found for your car with a heating plug. It is not possible to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle here. The nearest charging point is located in the yard of the nearby S-Market. THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINAL CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

The chalet is located only a short driving distance away from Sotkamo city centre and Vuokatti Ski Resort (16km). The chalet has a traditional Finnish sauna by the stream. Guests also have access by boat to a small peninsula with a sand beach by the lake, located on a shore at the other end of the stream.
