Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Small, comfortable duplex studio, ideally located between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire about 30 kilometres from the coast. 40 minutes from tourist sites (salt marshes, walled town of Guérande, bay of the Baule, port of Croisic), 1 h 30 from the puy du fou, 2 h 00 from the futuroscope. A friendly place, ideal in the countryside. Guests can enjoy hikes, relax, peace and quiet, animals present dogs, cats, rabbits, ponies.

Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed.
