It is suitable as a worker'sapartment or apartment. Lake Hohensee (swimming lake about 5 minutes) can be reached on foot. The bus runs in front of the door. Wolgast and the island of Usedom are about 15 min away. ATTENTION: towels and duvet covers must be brought!!!
