The apartment IRIS is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, a private outside sitting area, parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The apartment is located in the Ammergauer Alps, right at the foot of the Hörnle Mountain. The hiking trail starts at just 50 meters away. The nearby Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castles are impressive attractions in the surrounding area. The quiet location offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and is the ideal starting point for hikes and exploring the mountain landscape. Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Wooden floors, clay plaster, old lovingly restored wooden furniture, the bathroom is large and bright. This apartment gives space to relax and feel comfortable. The eat-in kitchen is modern and simple, inviting you to cook and enjoy. The living room is flooded with light, has a beautiful sitting window and a large balcony with beautiful views of the Alpine foothills. Two cozy bedrooms and a small clay plaster sauna make the apartment a small temporary home.

You will love my place: Bavarian coziness, a comfortable bed (140 x 200), a well-equipped kitchen, the fireplace, a spacious covered balcony, the tranquility, of course the mountains and lakes...
