Lydia and Pierre-Yves will be happy to welcome you to Maison Azu, an old farmhouse from 1850 that they have restored; the cottage was built in the old stable. The village of Josse is located on the banks of the Adour, 20 km from the Landes beaches, at the gates of the Basque Country, Béarn, Spain. The two comfortable bedrooms each have a terrace and separate bathrooms. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen. Terrace and private garden of about 300 m2.

Heated pool access (May to September 15), outdoor area shared with owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
