Bad Aussee also offers you various attractions like the Altausseer lake located about 4 km from the villa. Ski-areas are connected by bus from Bad Aussee.

In our apartment with high-quality room furnishings with many natural materials, young and old feel comfortable. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils. Kettle and coffee machine with recyclable coffee capsules are of course also included. Other room amenities include small and large towels, hairdryer, bed linen and free Wi-Fi. We will gladly provide you with a baby cot for toddlers up to 3 years of age.

The quiet apartment is on the first floor and has a size of 34 m². The balcony offers another 7 m² and is equipped with sliding glass elements. These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.

The cozy kitchenette with dining area and mountain views invites you to linger, while the living room with cable TV ensures relaxed evenings. A special highlight is the south-facing balcony, which offers a direct and undisturbed view of Lake Grundlsee.

Die komfortable Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock einer alten Ausseer Villa und liegt ruhig und zentral in einer Promenade. Sie umfasst ein Schlafzimmer, ein Durchgangszimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Badewanne) und eine für die Region typische Veranda.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
