Immerso nel verde della campagna tra un antico vigneto e un piccolo frutteto, dista dal centro abitato circa 500mt..Fermata autobus a 50 mt.. A 45 minuti dai principali aeroporti e porti del nord Sardegna (Olbia-Alghero-Porto Torres). A meno di un'ora di macchina dalle più belle spiagge e dai principali monumenti archelogici e artistici isolani.
