Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Strategically located 40 meters from Lido beach, the bike path is a short walk from the historic center. The soundproofed accommodation, ideal for 4 people, consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a large terrace. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning in every room, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes, microwave, sheets, towels, hairdryer, WiFi and crib. A large private parking space is included!

A simple walk and you arrive at all the major points of interest in Sassari.
