Appartement dans un petit immeuble calme au 2eme étage, à 400m de la gare de Sartrouville, en plein centre-ville et à seulement 10 minutes de Paris en RER mais loin du tumulte parisien. Il est équipé d’un lit double (chambre)et d’un canapé-lit (salon). Des équipements pour bébé (lit, chaise haute, etc) sont disponibles sur demande. Les arrivées après 22h et départs avant 7h se font avec une boîte à clés.

Bel appartement proche de transports, commerces à proximité, parking gratuit. Au pied de l’arrêt des bus 272, 9 et 1; 12 min de Sartrouville RER A dir. Disneyland Paris; et 15 min du tramway T2 pont de Bezons, dir. Porte de Versailles, Park des expositions. 35 min en taxi de l’aéroport Paris Charles De Gaulle. Situation idéal pour se rendre à Paris via RER A, La Défense (12min), Camps Élysée/Tour Eiffel (15-20min), Châtelet les halls ou à Paris Saint Lazare via le train L (environ 20 min).

The studio comprises a bedroom and a small living room with open-plan kitchen. It is equipped with a smart tv full hd, a large refrigerator, a washing machine dryer, 2 induction hotplates with hood, a large oven, an electric radiator in the bedroom and a reversible heat pump in the living room etc). Wifi is also available. The property is located next to the Montesson Carrefour center, i.e. ~ 10/15mn walk from the RER A station and line J/L (otherwise there's also a bus to the station).

2-room apartment with entrance, equipped kitchen and shower room with toilet (43 m2), COMPLETELY RENOVATED. 3rd and last floor, not overlooked (no elevator). Apartment located in the heart of Croissy-sur-Seine. Access to the entire house. Located 30 minutes from Paris by public transport, close to Versailles, and many shops and restaurants. If you want to get to Paris by Regional Express Network, 2 buses (D and E) at the very foot of the building take you to the station in 8 minutes.

The housing «Jade» is a cocoon of 23m², quiet, soft and colorful decoration, and located in a neighborhood where you will feel safe. Housing completely independent of a house in which we live, it is located 5 minutes walk from the station of Houilles. The apartment, with a ceiling height of 2m10, is composed of three rooms well proportioned : a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen in the same volume, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
