Au petit matin, vous pourrez déguster votre petit-déjeuner (inclut)sur la terrasse et du "coffee corner".

Self-catering 1000m2 enclosed lot. proximity to donkeys (quiet, kind) independent trailer, not overlooked, all comfort heating bathroom and private jacuzzi (available May to the end of September according to meteo). Private car park possibility to meet our dogs for moments of cuddling and games (small family farm) pets not allowed

Chalet 20 m2 quiet facing a pond, terrace, wifi, If you have specific needs (breakfasts...) , please do not hesitate to contact us This unit can accommodate 4 people max, knowing that it is only 20 m2... Our chalet is a 15-minute drive from the center of Le Mans, 10 minutes from the circuit For the period of 24 hours, we rent for 5 nights minimum as well as for Le Mans Classique, we rent for 2 nights minimum for the motorcycle GP

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

The charming stable comprises of a ground floor lounge diner with a kitchen area, a shower room with toilet. The upstairs bedroom, which has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, has a small balcony which overlooks orchards and fields.
