The treehouse of the Perche is built around the trunk of a centuries old sweet chestnut tree on the edge of a big hill. It sits in the middle of our nature reserve which covers 25 acres and gives stupendous views over the valleys and forests of the Perche. Comfortable in all seasons with bathroom and kitchen, we can welcome up to 5 guests. 2 big terrasses allow you to spread out, cook outside, read and nature watch.

Outside, enjoy a large terrace equipped with a table to enjoy your meals outdoors, a barbecue for grilling and a Nordic bath, the preparation and supplies (logs/firelighters) are to be managed by you, possibility of managing at extra cost, perfect for relaxing under the stars. The land is enclosed with a private parking space

The cabin at the bottom of the garden

Small hut of 17 m2 at the bottom of our garden. This studio allows you to have at your disposal everything that is in a house, without being cramped. You can park in the private parking lot and access the accommodation through your own entrance for more independence and freedom. The location of the cabin allows you to be within a 15 minute walk of the city center and a 3 minute drive from the ring road.

Halt with ease

The Ranch is a small hard cabin ideal to mark a stop time dedicated to rest, during a walk for example on the Ornaise greenway that passes by. In this 15 square meter space, you have as much space as the horse that has his boxing right next door. The 2 horses can be on site, or moved. Anyway, the view is over the countryside, and that's a resource! Nothing to do here but to walk, to breathe.
