Cozy summer cottage with a stunning view to Skjebergkilen, Sweden and Hvaler. About an hour's drive from Oslo and short distance to the Østfold cities. The cottage has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a family bunk for three. Open living/kitchen area. No dishwasher but a fantastic view while doing the job. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nice outdoor areas with dining groups, sofa group and gas grill. The cabin is located about 200 meters from parking and a path takes you to swimming opportunities in 5-7 minutes.

Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

Partially renovated cabin (Kitchen and Living room remaining only) The cabin is spacious - With new to fresh bedrooms, new bathroom. LARGE garden and several terraces to enjoy in the sun. Several fireplaces outside. Outside kitchen to grill to cook. We have Jacuzzi with room for 5 people. We have our own parking with room for about 3 cars. 1 Electric car charger. The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Ta et pust i bakken i vårt hus på blåbærtoppen i Varteig. Varteig har mange flotte turløyper å by på, bading ved Glomma (i gåavstand), bærplukking, nærhet til Rudskogen og sentral vei til både Rakkestad, Sarpsborg sentrum og Sverige (både Nordby og Töcksfors).

Fantastic cabin from 2014, located 100 meters from the sea. The cabin is bright and cozy and is located on Karlsøya. Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city centre, 20 minutes to the Old Town of Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an addition to the price. A stone's throw from the cabin is a beach, pier and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has throughout good standards.
