This is a cozy home located in beautiful Ullerøy. The place is 90m2 in total. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen with kitchen table, living room with dining table, sofa and TV and porch. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a slightly smaller bedroom with a double bed. 2 floor mattresses are also available. A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Possibility of charging an electric car.

Very good sun conditions, evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Everything in the cabin can be disposed of, also a boat with an electric outboard motor and a canoe. It's a countryside and child-friendly sandy beach A few meters out there are good deep conditions A brand new floating dock has been built. New weber gas grill. Great fishing opportunities. Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

The cabin is idyllically located at beautiful Aspern in Haldenvassdrag with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The cabin is 50 sqm and is newly renovated and upgraded in 2021/22. Large terrace with good sun conditions and covered dining area. Two min walk to beach and jetty. Boat is included in the rent It is a charger for an electric car with a payment solution. Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city centre and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

A small and charming house by the sea

A quiet and calm option where you are almost at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. 40 meters from the sea, overlooking all the way to Vestfold. Covered terrace with heating lamp, gas grill and not least a hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get the stand space to enjoy both from the hot tub, under a roof on the terrace or from the sofa well buzzed into a blanket. We also have the coastal path not far away, which gives the opportunity for great trips in our nice village.
