Here you can unplug, without disturbance, surrounded of beautiful nature. The cabin is located right on the water's edge with good opportunities for swimming and fishing. Especially pike fishing in the spring. A dinghy with an outboard motor is included in the price. A golf course is just a short boat ride away. The sauna is wood-fired with a Harvia stove and has a large window overlooking the water. Many nice hiking opportunities in the nearby areas

The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Welcome to a cozy little house with 2 small terraces and a gas grill on Rolvsøy, in the middle between Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg. Contains a bunk bed for 2 persons. Low under the ceiling on the loft. Sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. No kitchen, but possibility for simple cooking. Has a fridge/microwave/double hot plate/coffee maker/kettle/dishwasher and toaster. Tableware/cutlery, etc. for all of you. Bus no. 8 goes out in Svaneveien every hour. WELCOME 🥰

The cabin is idyllically located among the trees and has a large "wrap-around" terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or long summer evenings. Proximity to amazing beaches The location is ideal for those who love beach life. With a short distance (about five minutes by car) to popular beaches such as Kålvika and Øketangen, and other nice bathing places, it is easy to find your favorite place.

Connect to nature in this new small house. Everything is renovated in 2026. The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

Safe for children: Quiet area in the end of a quiet road. The entire garden is fenced in. Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement. Towels and sheets included!

Parking right by the cabin, with space for three cars. Only 1 hour and 10 minutes from Oslo. Short distance to the marina, Rema 1000 (2 km away) and restaurant/pub. Strømstad is about 20 minutes away by car. 20 minutes by car to the idyllic Old Town in Fredrikstad. There are great hiking and cycling opportunities nearby.

Peaceful year-round cottage by the lake

Relax alone or with the whole family in this peaceful cabin. If you book with children under the age of 12, do not include the children in the booking, just write information that you have children in the message. This way you avoid extra fees as we do not want to make it financially more difficult for families with small children. There is room for 6 people, beds 5 and 6 and then on the sofa bed in the living room. A crib for young children is also provided.
