Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Located in the heart of the countryside and 200 meters from the beach on the banks of the Seine and a bike lane, the house has a large living room of 37 m2 with open kitchen and central island. Fully equipped and furnished with its three beautiful bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with views of a private outdoor area, enclosed and not overlooked, you can have a pleasant stay in peace and independence.

Nogent sur Seine est une ville dans l’Aube (10) située à 20kms de Provins et 100kms de Paris. Le studio se situe dans notre petit jardin de 150m2. Il dispose de sa propre terrasse qui assure une ambiance calme et tranquille. La situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir le musée Camille Claudel, mais aussi pour travailler au CNPE. Une petite cavalier King Charles très calme habite notre maison. A 100m, vous pouvez vous stationner sur le parking de l’église.
