The Great Pigeonry

Chateau Grimard was built at the end of the 13th century and is immediately next to the river Lot. It is set amongst vineyards and sun flower fields, with 8 hectares of land all of which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Guests can swim in the river, kayak, and there is also a large shared salt water swimming pool . The historic town of Puy L’Eveque is five minutes drive away. Bookings are accepted from a Saturday to a Saturday only.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Charming cottage in Périgord with private spa

Stone barn renovated into 2 adjoining cottages separated by a large interior garden area. It's a cozy cottage that I offer you, ideal for resting in the countryside at the farm. Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

A real slice of heaven Protected by the calm of the forest in the heart of the golden triangle, this authentic Périgourdine is located in a magical hamlet 15 minutes from Sarlat. Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, voles) that are not always appreciated by humans!!! Please remember to bring your sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases.

Country chic atmosphere for this house located in the heart of the medieval village of Puy-l'Évêque. Quiet, close to the banks of the Lot, with small terrace area. You have everything you need to have a pleasant stay, baby equipment available on request, this accommodation is ideal for lovers..! A nice cozy little nest.. I also invite you to come and discover the universe and treats of my tearoom located just above the cottage..!

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the Lot river. You will stay in an old watermill within walking distance of a picturesque medieval town. Relax in a deck chair on a private beach by the river. There is a 1 or 2 person modern unsinkable sit on top kayak with which you can paddle down the beautiful river.
