Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner.

In the heart of Arnay-le-Duc, 18th century bourgeois house with large garden. Gîte on the ground floor of the house, independent entrance. Kitchen, nice living room, 2 bedrooms , shower room, separate toilet. Sparkling and neat decoration. Parking in closed communal courtyard. On site, shops, restaurants, leisure center and beach. You can radiate to the Morvan Regional Park, the sights of Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, the vineyards of Beaune or the Roman remains of Autun.

You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

We offer a Burgundian immersion in a former "Folie" then an old "Fruitier" totally renovated in 2021. 50m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. In the heart of the Chalonnaise coast, close to a 14th century ducal palace, the Germolles Fruitier awaits you for a relaxing and atypical stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, garage bikes and motorcycles, you will also have access to the swimming pool and games room ( Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).

Its orchard and small river will bring you all the calm and rest you desire. Warmly decorated, you can also enjoy the warmth of its fireplace. Ideal for a romantic stay, it can also be the starting point for sports holidays (hiking, mountain biking).
