This is an old, stone farmhouse in a small village in eastern France. The house was renovated in 2017 as a very comfortable holiday home for up to 8 people. The adjacent barn was renovated in 2021 to provide 2 extra bedrooms. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, 3 shower-rooms and a bathroom. The ground floor, which includes a bedroom and a shower-room, is wheelchair-accessible all the way out to the terrace. In the barn there is a dining-room (with kitchen) for 12, 2 bedrooms and a shower-room.

This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the harvest, from that time there remains the screw of the press that stands proudly in the center of the living room. Beautiful living room, where once was the haystack of our 'grange', with separate bedroom above the former stables (and where now the steel roses are) with bed of 160 x 200 and a mezzanine (via steep mill stairs) with bed of 140 x 200. Wood stove to heat the living room and kitchen. Private garden with terrace and free access to the grounds of the grange with jeu-de boules court, trampoline and ping pong table.
