Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Federica has created a PRIVATE area immersed in the tranquility of nature, ideal for unwinding. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. There's also a gazebo with a table and loungers, and a fully equipped bathroom, all for the exclusive use of the skyroom. A delicious breakfast is included, and for those who want it, an EXTRA is the private use of the lake-view jacuzzi

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. Convenient to services, within walking distance of the station and the city center. Halfway between Turin and Milan. Santhià is stop no. 8 for those traveling along the Via Francigena, and we have a stamp to validate the pilgrim's passport. Santhià is also the first stop for those traveling "the Oropa route". Breakfast is included in the price. The accommodation has free indoor parking for our guests.
