Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment was totally renovated in 2021, it is easy to get to and in an excellent location for those who want to visit the Biennale. It has an independent entrance, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, and a large living room with a sofa bed. It is located a short walk away from a typical Venetian shopping area, where you will find shops of various kinds that are frequented mainly by locals. It's the ideal starting point to visit the city.
