It is the perfect starting point to discover the gems of North Finistère, in particular the Côte des Légendes, Meneham, Brignogan, or the Côte des sables in 10/15 minutes by car. It offers a striking panorama of the rolling countryside and a view of the sea 2 km away as the crow flies. Rated 4 stars, it is very comfortable.

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Villa des Îles with pool is 300m from the Grand Plage du Dossen. You can discover or practice the sailing cart, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking... The villa is divided into 3 units, it is surrounded by a landscaped and fenced garden, parking is paved with a gravelled area to play pétanque. The pool is common to all 3 apartments, and heated from April to mid-October. It is secured by a shelter that allows you to swim in all weather.
