Breton house of the early 20th century, ideally located 150 metres from the large sandy beach of Dossen, famous for its nautical activities and giving access to the island of Sieck. The house is located in a private cul-de-sac guaranteeing tranquility, close to the GR34 and the state forest. The house was completely renovated in 2019, its 60 m2 terrace is facing south to enjoy the first and last rays of sunshine of the day with the soft sound of the waves in the background.

The villa is divided into 3 units, it is surrounded by a landscaped and fenced garden, parking is paved with a gravelled area to play pétanque. The pool is shared by the 3 apartments, and heated from April to September. It is secured by a shelter that allows you to bathe in all weather.
