The "U FRAGNU" Wine Press

It is a 500-year-old construction, it is an old wine press called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical construction and entirely built with the stones of the village, it is located in the middle of an old vine with its small stream that flows at its feet. You can enjoy its covered private terrace, its very sunny garden with views of our beautiful mountains as well as its stone swimming pool from which its waterfall flows that will soothe you.

Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... Breakfast is served at the time of your choice and "U Rifugiu" our Table d'Hôtes welcomes you for dinner.

On the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed, and a beautiful shower room.

Located in Upper Corsica and more particularly in Balagne, Lieu-dit Saint Vincent is a property located by the sea. It is 4 km from Ile-Rousse and 30 km from Calvi, where you will find all the services (food, medical, shops, bars, restaurants, sandy beaches, seaport, railway station, etc.) on the one hand and 4 km towards Bastia where you have Lozari beach, with an aquatic leisure center.
