The Little House!

Casinha (1937) has been renovated and has all the infrastructure of a new house, while maintaining its original characteristics, which makes it charming and welcoming. House located in the heart of Santa Luiza, just a few steps from the pier where the boats that take you to Terra Estreita beach are located. It is close to local houses, so those who stay in it have the opportunity to live with the residents and the culture of the peaceful place. Air-conditioned, it is ideal for every season of the year.

A very light, fresh and comfortable duplex in the middle of picturesque village of Santa Luzia only 90 m from the water, and 2 km from Tavira. The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

The rooftop terrace showcases a private plunge pool surrounded by a spacious deck. Two lounge chairs are positioned for relaxation, with a view of neighboring rooftops and distant horizons. Bright sky and soft clouds create a serene backdrop above the white-walled area.
