Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

The house is located about 15 km from the city of Palermo in a historical setting within an agricultural estate overlooking the sea. Starting point for countless excursions to discover the most beautiful historical-architectural beauties of northern Sicily. The very comfortable apartment consists of a large living/dining room and kitchen, where two large windows are the protagonists, overlooking a spectacular sea view, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. A few steps from the apartment you can reach 'la caletta' a natural inlet of extraordinary beauty. Sant'Elia is a seaside village, unique, very evocative where it seems that time has stopped.
