Due to its protected location and its microclimate you can enjoy a great climate throughout the whole year round. Perfect for those who seek to be away from mass tourism. Due to its excellent location, it is a perfect starting point to discover the island. Your House is located directly overlooking the sea, almost touching it with your fingers. I rent the house next door on Airbnb as well.

We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.
