Cook meals in the full-size kitchen and dine outdoors on a spacious balcony. Our condo is in popular building 9 which is close to the pool, spa, gym, 18-hole mini-golf, tennis and badminton in a 24/7 guarded community! The 4-person max is strictly enforced due to island rules. Infant <12 months is okay as 5th.

The main living area features comfortable seating arrangements, including two light-colored sofas and a coffee table. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, while a ceiling fan provides air circulation. A wall-mounted television is positioned for viewing from the seating area.

The area provides for private beaches where only the community has access. This spacious one bedroom condo allows for views of the ocean from one complete side. Access to this condo is from the top street allowing quick in and out of the community.
