The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. We rent an attractive and spacious 3-room apartment in a well-kept 2-family house in Klagenfurt. The apartment is in an extremely convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the fairgrounds and the city center. Ideal for commuters, trade fair visitors or city lovers! The lake can also be reached within minutes by bike. The apartment also has a TV with SKY, so you can easily enjoy movies, TV channels or sports for free.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

With us you live in a separate, modernly furnished apartment with its own terrace, which is facing east and is perfect for breakfast. The apartment consists of an anteroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with everything necessary to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide bicycles! There is a community tax of €2.70 per night per guest. (People over the age of 16)
