Our farm is located in Kirchdorf in Tyrol, nestled between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Kaiser Mountains in a quiet location. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of St. Johann in Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Waidring-Steinplatte within 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 minutes drive. Sie verfügt nämlich über drei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen, wovon zwei jeweils mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet sind. Im dritten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten. Der große Wohnbereich bietet genügend Platz für einen Spieleabend sowie eine gemütliche Couch zum Relaxen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in den Tiroler Bergen.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.
