Our farm is located in Kirchdorf in Tyrol, nestled between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Kaiser Mountains in a quiet location. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of St. Johann in Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Waidring-Steinplatte within 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 minutes drive. In summer there are numerous beautiful hikes for families or experienced hikers in the surrounding mountain landscape. Bus stop nearyby.

Sie verfügt nämlich über drei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen, wovon zwei jeweils mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet sind. Im dritten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten. Relax with the whole family in a beautiful absolute tranquility, surrounded by meadows and forest, just a few minutes' walk from the Fieberbrunn cable cars. Our lovingly furnished apartment with kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, separate bathroom & toilet, entrance area with boot dryer and balcony overlooking the mountains, makes the holiday special in any season. PS: In winter you can go directly from the house with the skis to the lift & back again.

The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.

Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
