The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

It is ideal for two people, is fully equipped and is located on the second floor (not barrier-free). The apartment has a double bedroom. Our living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV, a satellite connection and a Fire TV Stick. Our kitchen is fully equipped. A Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven are available. The bathroom is freshly renovated and has a cosmetic cabinet and shower room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe.

Big, private & cozy apartment! Great Location

Very nice, newly furnished apartment in an optimal location. The transport links are excellent for getting to Cologne, Bonn, Cologne / Bonn Airport or the ICE train station Siegburg. The Autobahn is only 2 minutes away and several buses take you to nearby train stations. The apartment is accessible separately. It has a bedroom and a very spacious living room. Furthermore, the apartment has a brand new kitchen.

Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
