Wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee while you fish from sun up to sun down, watching the turtles and blue heron basking by the lake. A playground is available for the kiddos and a fire-pit can be used during burn season. Private drive and multi-car parking accessible.

On a 3/4 acre lot, this is pet and child-friendly with a fenced-in area for your family/pets. Close to Mall of GA shopping, Cumming, Sugar Hill and Lake Lanier Islands. Private covered parking in carport. Long driveway!

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

This is the perfect getaway spot for folks who just want to chill and relax for a few days, a week or a month. We are also 15 minutes away from Lakepoint Sports Complex. Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

This private apartment is my passion project to cultivate a space centered around rest and recovery. The stay is the guest apartment attached to home, though it's tucked away and very private.
