We love our Condo Del Sol condo for so many reasons! It's perfect for quick access to summer water sports on Lake Pend Oreille or winter skiing at Schweitzer. This updated condo is well situated in downtown Sandpoint. It's about a 10 min walk to all of downtown storefronts and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to City Beach Park. Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area.

First Floor w/Lanai Access - Seasons at Sandpoint

Residence 131 is one of only two condos in the entire Seasons complex that has direct access to the grounds from the lanai. Directly out the lanai gate and down the steps is the barbecue, the grass, the beach, and the marina - and let's not forget the hot tub and pool! No hollering back up to the condo to throw down the forgotten spices or corkscrew. Let the kids come and go, and keep an eye on them from the lanai without having to play escort to and from the front of the condo.

For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

This clean, *newly remodeled* condo in the serene Westwood community is just 1.5 miles from downtown Sandpoint. Enjoy lake access with a beach, heated pool, tennis, basketball & pickle ball courts. *Pool available Memorial Day - Labor Day. This sweet condo overlooks a lovely pond and has a fully equipped kitchen, private deck, bbq, gas fireplace. The loft offers a separate living area and exercise equipment. We always use 100% cotton sheets on our comfortable, quality beds.

This centrally-located condo is the perfect getaway for an unforgettable time on the lake or the ski slopes. Walking to town, shops and restaurants is easy- only a few blocks away. Right across the street is Action Water Sports if you want to rent a water toy. On premise we have tennis, pickle ball, and basketball, as well as 2 pools. Schweitzer mountain is only a 20 minute drive to the top so enjoying the mountain in the winter or summer is easy.
