This clean, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood is just .5 mi to downtown Sandpoint & 3.6 mi to base of Schweitzer. The landscaped back yard has a hot tub (cleaned between each guest), fire pit & propane bbq. The kitchen has everything you need to cook-in! We’ve provided quality, cotton bed & bath linens, Netflix account (+ other available apps), DVDs & games! This home is thoroughly cleaned & aired out between each guest. We’ve left you a manual with home details and our local recs!

The kitchen is equipped with dark cabinetry and modern appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave. A white countertop complements the space, with a sink and various kitchen tools situated nearby. Ample lighting is provided by track fixtures overhead.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with stocked kitchen and living room. We are 1 mile from the base of Schweitzer ski mountain and 5.5 miles away from the lake. Separate entrance (only shared walls are the hallway and kitchen) with parking space in front. Just north of Sandpoint in a small community of homes. Come enjoy the electric fireplace in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Take a stroll around the neighborhood.
