The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Situated in Sandown in a quiet Cul-de-sac with parking for three cars on the drive and within easy walking distance of the beach and countryside. New to the market from March 2023 the property has been fully furnished and decorated throughout. Previously the owners private home its a great place to make memories. Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact. The grounds around the property provide a peaceful escape in beautiful surrounds.
