Lovely and charming fully renovated and very comfortable small house with a private garden, 2 terraces on the stunning 'Presqu'île de Giens'. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. 4 minutes walk to stunning beaches (among them 'plage du Pradeau') and creeks and departures boats to Porquerolles, one of the 'Golden islands'. 4 mns by car to the best kite surfing spot in the South of France. Private parking & access to the Résidence's swimming pool (open from end of June till September/Oct).

No rate increase for 2025. The accommodation is close to the sea, restaurants, shops, beaches. It is new and independent of the main accommodation.
