No rate increase for 2025. The accommodation is close to the sea, restaurants, shops, beaches. It is new and independent of the main accommodation. Its comfort: tv ,kitchen ,shower ,air conditioning ,wifi (fiber) ,garden , pergola and gas BBQ, shared pool and 2 electric bikes for rent. It's great for a couple , a family . Independent villa, recently renovated, in the middle of a mediterrean garden. The house has a big terrace and a barbeque / summer kitchen. Ideally located on only 10 minutes by foot to Bonnegrâce beach and numerous shops (supermarket, bakery, presse - tabac, pharmacy...). And in less than 15 minutes walking, you will reach the beautiful centre of Sanary-sur-Mer.
