Very central villa with garden

Villino a schiera con giardino recintato privato, veranda e barbecue. Zona giorno con cucina, tavolo, divano letto a due posti. Camera al piano superiore con armadi e letto matrimoniale, bagno con servizi e doccia al piano terra. Quattro posti letto. Televisione, condizionatore di nuova generazione e riserva d'acqua. In contesto tranquillo, ma centralissimo, raggiungibili facilmente, anche a piedi, sia la spiaggia (La Cinta dista 700 metri) che il paese. Ammessi gli animali domestici.

Nice townhouse near the beach

Relax with the whole family in this cozy home. The villa is located in a small and private residence near the beach and the center but in a point far from traffic and chaos. The house is perfect for those with children, it is equipped with a crib, side rails and high chair, the gardens are fenced and 50 meters away is a lovely municipal playground. The unique location allows you to reach both La Cinta beach and the town's central square in a few minutes' walk.

Very close to La Cinta beach and 50 meters from the center of San Teodoro, in a quiet street, nice apartment in a townhouse, on two levels with garden and veranda with outdoor shower. Full kitchen with dish washer. Air conditioning . Convenient to walk to all amenities , supermarkets and bus station. Renovated and newly furnished in 2020. 6 beds maximum , perfect for families who want the convenience of having everything within walking distance .

There is a trusted person on site who will be able to handle any eventuality and provide assistance.
