Dimora Ferralasco is a mid-19th century family villa expertly restored by the owners Luigi and Daniela in 2020. Once a country house,today it overlooks the fishing port, and its proximity to the old town will allow you to reach it on foot in just 10 minutes. It is located in the charming village of Carloforte where, for its ancient Ligurian origins with North African influences, you will discover traditions and cuisine that come from the interweaving of different cultures.

Its secluded garden for exclusive use and with parking spaces, is equipped with a pergola furnished with suspended armchairs, hammock and ping pong table. The sea is 300 meters away. The road to the house is dirt for about 200 meters. It is not recommended to have a low car with a width of more than 2 meters as there are shrubs that could rig the bodywork.
