The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

the house is located in the countryside a few minutes from the center of Marrubiu and Terralba. In 20 minutes by car there are the beautiful beaches of the green coast such as Pistis-Torre dei Corsari. A little longer you will find the beaches of Piscinas, Funtanazza and others more beautiful than each other. In 5 minutes you can find the S.S 131 and you can find the beautiful city of Oristano and the beaches of the Gulf. In 15 minutes is Arborea and its equestrian center.

In the house at the entrance on the left there is a small kitchen block, a table for four people and in the same a double bed with bathroom, sink, bidet and shower.
