My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities just steps away....parades pass right in front for Mardi Gras and July 4th.. You’ll love my place because neighborhood is quiet, the coziness, beach is across the street , the peacefulness is best.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Great for bringing your bikes, but there's a bike and surrey rental just across street.Great for pre-cruisers.

The house is located about 10 minutes from the beaches, the Historical Strand district and Moody Gardens. The price listed is for 1-6 guest. NEW!!! Spacious, airy top floor loft is overlooking sandy beach on the Seawall and it is in close proximity to many attractions what Galveston offers. Purchased in June 2019, upgraded and completely refurnished will spoil your stay in urban rustic style with unobstructed view of the ocean. Dawn complex is very well maintained with two pools, hot tub and gym. Individual units were recently completely renovated and are designed for permanent living.

Welcome to Sangria Sunrise! This perfectly located and beautifully decorated condo is located on the SEAWALL, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. From your private balcony, you have both pool AND Ocean Views. We have a couple of beach chairs and toys that you are more than welcome to use. Our place is terrific for a couple or a small family with children looking for a Galveston getaway.

Relax in our well-appointed guesthouse, which has 2 bedrooms with luxurious high-quality cotton sheets and beautiful bedding (1 king & 1 queen). There is a quaint combo food-prep/sitting room with a fold-out queen couch. The shared property has a fishing pier over the water with large fishing lights.

Must be 25+yr to rent; NO events/groups/proms/homecomings, etc. Parking for 6 vehicles & boat/trailer (all vehicles MUST park in driveway-not on street). 2 balconies w/a small ocean view. It's only a 7 min walk or drive just 2 minutes onto our FREE beach. Pet fee required.

Pets are accepted but require a non-refundable 80 pet fee payable at check-in. All stainless steel appliances. Lounge in the backyard or enjoy the front porch and ocean breezes.
