Welcome to our independent studio in the heart of our property. Ideally located, 200 m from the banks of the Seine, the studio has independent access with a private wooden terrace, you will be at home! On the ground floor, bathroom; living room and kitchen, the bay window, overlooks the terrace as well as the garden. The rest/night area is upstairs (attic bedroom) and includes two double beds (one 160 and the other 140): ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area where you can eat and relax, bathroom + toilet. On the mezzanine, 2 double beds separated by a walkway, ceiling height 1.10 m, not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility. Bikes available

Thomery train station, a 20-minute walk away, allows you to reach Paris in 45 minutes.
