Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Sie sind luxuriös ausgestattet und bieten auf zwei Etagen und ca. 100 m² Wohnfläche alles, was die Zeit zu zweit besonders macht: Sauna, Outdoor-Whirlpool, frei stehende Badewanne mit Whirlfunktion, Kamin, moderne Küche, Outdoor-Grill und ein kuscheliges Rundbett. Zudem verfügt die Villa über eine passive Kühlung für heiße Tage. Hierbei werden Wände und Decke gekühlt und ein angenehmes Raumklima erzeugt.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The newly built studio in our farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing vacation and is modernly equipped with everything you need for a vacation. A picnic basket breakfast is possible on request at any time. You can choose from three different variants.
