Holiday close to nature in the Austrian mountains The SEPP holiday home is surrounded by old farmhouses, detached houses, meadows and fields – in a particularly quiet location on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. It is the ideal starting point for over 300 km of hiking trails and alpine climbs in the Rauris Valley – one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active holiday in the mountains.

The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Cozy, self-sufficient tiny house in the countryside

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Absolute seclusion and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut, and spend pleasant days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including a tutorial book. Our cottage is ideally suited for 2 to 4 persons. Electricity + water available.

Our cozy apartment is located in our single-family home in the mountains. You look into the mountains and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The apartment is intended to be more than a family apartment. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee, you can do numerous leisure activities. The nearest shopping is right in the adjacent village of Nussdorf 4.5 km. Our property is not accessible by public transportation.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
