The apartent is in the center of Ancient Town's movida, and it's composed by double entrance from seaside and from the back court, two double bedrooms, two bathroooms, main salon, large kitchen, studio, second seaview salon, huge terrace with amazing seaview. Appartamento a Torre Vado, 200 metri dal mare. La zona e' ben fornita di sumerpercati, ristoranti, rosticcerie, edicola, intrattenimenti per bambini, lidi attrezzati, chioschi ma anche spiaggia libera. Si puo' facilmente raggiunge a piedi sia la parte di scogliera bassa, sia la costa sabbiosa. L'appartmaneto si articola in 2 piani. La parte superiore: cucina-soggiono, 1 camera e 1 bagno. Parte inferiore 2 stanze di cui una con bagno in camera + un altro bagno. Ampia terrazza parcheggio gratuito.

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
