Lots of blueberries on the plot to pick. From the plot you can do hikes on the Värmdö trail and surrounded by lovely nature. Weather permitting, you can light a Viking bonfire outdoors, or why not treat yourselves to a few sessions in a wood-fired sauna? On chilly evenings, you can light the cast-iron stove inside, where you can enjoy the fire.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
