Welcome to relax or work remotely for the tranquility of nature, conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa is new and modern, it is suitable for year-round living. The villa is located on the shore of Lake Näsijärvi. The place is safe, the beach is shallow and slightly deepening. Surrounded by forest and tranquility. Great berry and mushroom picking forests! No neighbors nearby. The villa does not allow skinny partying. The accommodation fee includes linens and towels, the price is included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. You can also get to the destination by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). A hot tub (which also carries an additional charge of €25) is available during the summer season (1 May–30 Sep).

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.
