Nice duplex with amazing views

Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway with stunning views of Lake Passy and the surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy a nice 30 m² duplex, located in a detached house, and its private garden. The apartment is composed of an open kitchen overlooking the living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with balcony and a separate toilet. Ideally exposed and located 5 minutes from Passy, 20 minutes from Chamonix, 10 minutes from the Saint-Gervais thermal baths and 15 minutes from Megève.

Beautiful views of the Mt Blanc range from the cottage.

Independent accommodation at the bottom of the cottage, quiet, very sunny, overlooking the garden. The chalet is located at the end of the road, you can park your car (2 maximum) in front of the rental, the apartment is very nice and cozy with direct access to the garden for the enjoyment of children... to go sledding in winter and swing in summer while the adults enjoy the barbecue and deckchairs facing the wonderful panorama of the Mont Blanc range! HAVE A GREAT VACATION

At the edge of ski slopes and hiking trails, in winter you can leave and return on skis in the garden, and in summer you are on the GR5. Located on the heights of Les Houches, the place is close to bus stops for the village or Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. 15 min. from Chamonix by car.

In an old farmhouse refurbished to new, a bright and comfortable apartment, overlooking a large private plot, with garden, fountain, terraces for outdoor dining... fenced if you have pets. A quiet and charming place, but close to all the activities and interesting places the area has to offer. Beautiful aperitif and barbecue evenings overlooking Mont Blanc! Sun in the morning.
