Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. A boat can also be rented on request.

A warm welcome! You will spend your holiday in a wooden holiday home in the middle of the countryside, which we have designed according to ecological and sustainable building criteria. It is located in a small holiday village, has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a perennial garden with berries and flowers and a swimming pond 200 metres away at the Parin manor house! The ground floor is barrier-free and has been certified as such .

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. It is only 20 m to the swimming area and just under 50 m to the in-house rowboat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.

It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiator. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.

Our vacation home is located on our well-kept farm on Lake Hemmelsdorfer See very close to the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches. It was not completed until 2023 and therefore up to date. The beautiful view of the lake invites you to relax and unwind. A private jetty for swimming, fishing and rowing is available, as well as a small playground for children. Nearby, there are numerous things to do for the whole family.

Vacation home Walderholung Mölln

The house is quietly located directly on the edge of the forest, about 500 m from the jetty on the lake. The area invites you to take long hikes and bike tours through the Hellbach Valley and the surroundings of the spa town of Mölln. It is very well connected to public transport (a bus stop is right behind the house). Extensive shopping is also accessible in a few minutes, for example by bike.
