The place is 400m from the city center, with easy access to all important points. We are in the pedestrian zone and area of the PARENZANA bike track. The connection for cyclists is great by the sea, it is only 4.7 km to Koper, under centuries-old pine trees. But if you choose a bike path towards Portorož and Piran, you have two climbs and tunnels of the old PARENZANA railway. Izola has the city beach Lighthouse, the cleanest sea is here. The beach has a natural shade of pine trees. We bathe in the sea until mid October.

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
